Privacy policy

DeProFront takes privacy seriously. This policy describes what personal data we collect, how we use it, and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject under GDPR and other applicable laws.

1. Data we collect

For platform users we collect account identifiers (email, name, identity provider id) and audit metadata (IP, user agent, timestamps). For visitor records we process the information your visitors enter at the kiosk. Tenants control the lawful basis for that processing.

2. Where data is stored

All data is stored in Azure West Europe by default. Enterprise customers can request additional regions. We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area without appropriate safeguards.

3. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data via our admin portal “Profile & Security” tab, or by emailing privacy@deprofront.com.
