These terms govern your use of DeProFront. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by them. This summary highlights the most important parts; the full document is available on request.

1. Service description

DeProFront is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for visitor management. We provide a kiosk app, reception desk, host portal, communication channels, and platform administration tools.

2. Free trial

New tenants receive a 14-day free trial without entering a payment method. After the trial your tenant becomes read-only unless a paid plan is selected; data is retained for 30 days before purge.

3. Acceptable use

You will not use the service to violate the rights of others, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or process special-category personal data without a lawful basis under GDPR.

4. Data protection

Our role under GDPR is processor for visitor data. The Data Processing Addendum forms part of these terms.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination we will delete your data within 30 days, unless legal retention obligations require otherwise.
